With an executive background in operations, compliance, finance, and organizational leadership, Samantha specializes in bringing clarity to complex environments. She has led multi-state operational teams, built audit-ready compliance systems, strengthened financial stewardship practices, and implemented scalable infrastructure that supports both growth and accountability.


Her consulting work frequently includes grant compliance oversight, human resources consulting, payroll and fringe allocation structuring, risk mitigation strategy, and operational process design. Samantha is known for helping organizations build the internal systems and operational discipline necessary to scale responsibly while maintaining strong governance and compliance.


Samantha holds an MBA in Strategic Leadership and is pursuing a Master of Legal Studies in Business Compliance and Employment Law from Texas A&M School of Law. Her academic foundation complements her real-world experience, allowing her to approach organizational challenges with both strategic depth and regulatory insight. Throughout his career, Jon has held key roles in operations leadership, overseeing fleet management, equipment maintenance programs, compliance oversight, and human resources strategy focused on driver recruitment and retention. He understands what it takes to keep trucks moving, drivers supported, and operations running efficiently while protecting margins in a demanding industry.

Jon’s leadership approach balances operational discipline with relationship-driven management, recognizing that strong driver relationships and retention are critical to long-term success in transportation.


A graduate of Missouri Baptist University in St. Louis, Missouri, Jon combines real-world industry expertise with formal business education. Bill Mitchell brings more than 24 years of experience in education, workforce development, nonprofit leadership, and business strategy, with a strong emphasis on business development. His work has consistently focused on building strategic partnerships that strengthen communities and create sustainable economic pathways. 


Throughout his career, Bill has led collaborative initiatives connecting school districts, chambers of commerce, nonprofits, and industry partners to develop internship programs, apprenticeships, scholarship models, and workforce pipelines. As a Career and Technical Education leader in Silicon Valley, he built employer-aligned programs in partnership with global technology companies including Cisco and Juniper Networks, ensuring alignment between education systems and high-demand industry needs through strategic guidance. 


In 2017, Bill transitioned from education leadership into entrepreneurship and public affairs. He co-founded ScholarPath, a technology company that developed an engagement platform supporting high school seniors in their transition to post-secondary education or the workforce, which also involved aspects of human resources consulting. Additionally, he founded Chiron Enterprises, where he serves as a political consultant focused on education-related initiatives and policy strategy. His work has included collaboration with military leaders to strengthen recruitment through career pathway development, an area where logistics consulting has proven beneficial. 


Bill’s experience across public, private, and nonprofit sectors uniquely positions him in government relations and strategic advocacy efforts. He understands how policy, funding, and workforce systems intersect and brings a solutions-oriented, relationship-driven approach to stakeholder engagement. He holds a BA in Business Administration and Marketing with an emphasis in Finance and an MA in School Leadership from Lindenwood University.

In addition to her nonprofit experience, Hillary has successfully owned and operated her own business and has worked alongside her significant other in managing business operations. Her responsibilities have included bookkeeping, tax preparation and processing, financial record management, and day-to-day operational oversight. This hands-on experience has given her a deep understanding of the operational and financial challenges small businesses face.

Known for her attention to detail and strong organizational skills, Hillary excels at keeping businesses running efficiently while supporting leadership and team members behind the scenes.
